Global attribute values for public job defaults are initially set when Bentley OpenUtilities Designer is installed and configured. You can make changes to these global values if you belong to a user group that has this capability. Otherwise, you must create a new job default from the original (see Creating New Job Defaults). Then you can make changes to the global attribute values of your private job default.
